Here we are in August and the lake is in great shape.

As we are entering into the last of the sailing season, do not forget to take care to the grounds around your boat and trailer. Looking around last weekend, I noticed there were several places where the weeds were getting a little tall. So check where you have your trailer stored and be sure that the weeds are under control. If the Port Commission has to mow, they will bill you for that action, so be proactive and do it yourself or get a bill for mowing.
